Transfer to High School Meetings

Letters will be posted this week inviting parent/carers of Year 5 children with Education, Health and Care Plans to attend a meeting to discuss the process involved in the transfer of their children to High School.
Karen Shaw, Cognus Head of Service for Information and Advice, will talk you through the process including a short presentation. There will be opportunies for questiond throughout and the practitioners will stay after the session to talk to individual parent/carers about their child, for those who will find that helpful.
Heads from Sutton's special schools will also be attending.

Refreshments will be provided from 6.30pm for a 7pm start.
