Short breaks consultation - morning session

Sutton Council are currently selecting new providers for the Short Breaks Service; this includes 1:1 With PAs, group support and other support. The Council would like to now hear parent carer views on how the new services should look so that they can make sure they can offer what our SEND families want. Please come and tell us so we can get this right!
