We are planning a Workshop in June with Lorraine Falconer, Independent Social Care Consultant, to look at the options available to you and your young person with SEND when they move in to adult social care. To start understanding the topics that parent carers would like included, we are offering some 1:1 sessions with Lorraine on Monday 24th April at our base at Sutton Mencap.
