Transition to Secondary School and Post 16 transfer for September 2023 MORNING SESSION

Our Steering Group have been invited to join the meeting with Amalia Banon, Head of SEND, this Wednesday. Amalia and her team will be talking through the process for children with EHCPs who are transferring from Primary to Secondary School in September 2023 (those currently in Year 5) and young people with EHCPs who are transferring from Secondary School to 6th form or College (those currently in Year 10).
The SEN team are not able to give advice on individual schools or colleges but will be explaining how the transfer process works and giving you all the key dates.
