Many of you will have recently received the updated Children and Young People Disabilities Service (CYPDS) protocol document, which details the procedures used to deliver services. We are really pleased to welcome CYPDS Team Managers, Suzy Mullally and Claire Jackson, who will be joining us to answer any questions you may have about the contents of the document and to explain important aspects of their service including • the short breaks assessment process • the core and enhanced offer • the role of the clinical psychologist and clinical psychiatrist • and the transition pathway to adult services The session will end by 12 but Suzy and Claire are happy to meet with parents individually from 12-1.
