The London Borough of Sutton and Clinical Commissioning Group have produced a draft Carers Strategy and would like your views on this document. The Carers Strategy sets out the commitment to support Carers, including parent/carers, in Sutton over the next 4 years
A light lunch will be provided at 12.30 and the consultation will start at 1pm
