The London Borough of Sutton and Clinical Commissioning Group have produced a draft Carers Strategy and would like your views on this document. The Carers Strategy sets out the commitment to support Carers, including parent/carers, in Sutton over the next 4 years
A light tea will be provided at 6pm and the consultation will start at 6.30pm
