British Red Cross training course : 'Save a Life'.
This course covers how to administer first aid in different situations including CPR and when somone is in shock, bleeding or choking.
All attendees will get a certificate providing they stay for all of the course. There are 15 places and you must book.
A buffet lunch will be provided.
